Teign Valley Experiences reserves the right to terminate your visit or refuse your entry in the instance of:

 

• any illegal activity or occurrence

• unauthorised activity

• inappropriate activity or behaviour

• disturbance or nuisance in any form

 

Each Ticket Holder agrees: 

 

To assume all risks arising out of, associated with, or related to Ticket Holder's participating in any and all activities at Teign Valley Experiences.

To be solely responsible for any injury, loss, or damage which Ticket Holder might sustain due to the outdoor and rural nature of the site.

To hold harmless and indemnify Teign Valley Experiences, its employees and partners, from any and all liability for any damage to the personal property of, or personal injury to, any third party resulting from Ticket Holder's participation of any and all activities at Teign Valley Experiences.

Refund Policy

• Wild Camps: Non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the stay.

• Events: Refund policies may vary depending on the event. This information was shared during your booking process. If you’re unsure, please contact your host or ourselves, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
